Mayra Rodriguez-Arias:

Mayra Rodriguez-Arias manages the SilzerLaw Family-Based immigration section, working with clients in all aspects of petitioning process. As she immigrated to the United States as a child with her parents and siblings, Ms. Rodriguez-Arias has a special empathy for the needs and concerns of immigrants and their families.

Over the course of her career practicing law in both New York and Florida, Ms. Rodriguez-Arias has represented hundreds of immigrants, children, the elderly and other vulnerable groups before government agencies. Ms. Rodriguez-Arias is obtained her law degree from the City University of New York, School of Law.

She obtained her undergraduate degree from Skidmore College with a double major in Business Administration and Government Affairs and a double minor in Spanish and International Affairs. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the New York Bar.
