Kevin C. Guanaga:

Attorney Kevin Guanaga focuses his practice on business and employment-based immigration law.  

As an experienced attorney with 20 years of hands-on business immigration experience, he advises investors and business owners in developing strategies for E-2, EB-5 and L-1 petitions. Mr. Guanaga also works with employers and managers in formulating policy and procedures for hiring and retaining international employees.

He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice form Florida International University in Miami, Florida. 

Mr. Guanaga is fluent in Spanish.
